How to raise a concern/complaint

We are committed to providing a safe, supportive and positive environment for all our pupils, families and staff. We value your feedback and recognise that, from time to time, concerns or complaints may arise.

We encourage parents, carers and other members of our school community to raise any concerns at the earliest opportunity, so that we can listen, understand what has happened and work together to find a suitable resolution. We will treat all concerns seriously, respectfully and sensitively, and aim to respond in a fair, timely and transparent manner.

Our complaints procedure sets out the steps you can take to raise a concern or make a formal complaint, and explains how we will support you through the process. Our priority is always to work in partnership with families and ensure that concerns are addressed appropriately, with the wellbeing of our pupils at the heart of everything we do.
